The hotel was very comfortable, they had a wellness section and a cosy room, electric charger in the garage. Food variety was excellent and delicious.

The staff was very friendly, perfect location. The pool on the roof was small but refreshing in the hot summer. Our dog was welcome, it had some snacks and a bowl in the room. Nice surprise.

Very good breakfast, large room with big bed(queen sized bedroom) and also terrace. I would say it was quiet for a hotel, excepting the guests on the upper floor.We had the dog with us that was allowed everywhere. They also prepared dog bowls for us.we had Self check-in as we arrived late Saturday and worked like a charm. Central airconditioning was ok considering the hot day that we stayed there. If you arrive late there is also a pizza place on first floor same building that was open. Did not try it but there is the option. We only stayed for one night passing by, but the kitchen was quite well equiped. Will consider it in the future for a longer stay.

The Mercure Graz City is ideally located just a few steps from Graz’s historic centre and only 400 meters from the Schlossberg, home to the city’s iconic clock tower.

The rooms were large and well equipped. There is parking under the hotel which was $16 euro which is pretty pricey but it is for 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to go ahead and park before our room was ready. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. After we checked into our room, made a cup of coffee and rested for a bit, we noticed the toilet seat was cracked. We were immediately moved to a different room and given 2 free drinks at the bar for our "troubles". The location is good for walking in the old town area. Breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of everything you could want. We would recommend Hotel Mercure to family & friends.
