It was not my first stay at this this hotel and honestly I can't imagine any better hotel than Schlossberghotel. Maybe it's not cheap, but very comfortable with professional and very helpful staff.

Built by the famous Austrian architect Günther Domenig, this design hotel is only 1 km away from the centre of Graz.

We stayed in the hotel for one night to make a pause in our long tripe by car. We are satisfied with our stay and this place is very nice to stay for a longer period. Staff is super friendly, parking available, rooms very comfortable (clean and equipped with everything new). On the opposite side of street you can find supermarkets (Spar and Billa). In superior rooms for family there are also a mini kitchen that is very comfortable. I definitely will recommend this hotel!

The Mercure Graz City is ideally located just a few steps from Graz’s historic centre and only 400 meters from the Schlossberg, home to the city’s iconic clock tower.

The rooms were large and well equipped. There is parking under the hotel which was $16 euro which is pretty pricey but it is for 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to go ahead and park before our room was ready. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. After we checked into our room, made a cup of coffee and rested for a bit, we noticed the toilet seat was cracked. We were immediately moved to a different room and given 2 free drinks at the bar for our "troubles". The location is good for walking in the old town area. Breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of everything you could want. We would recommend Hotel Mercure to family & friends.

The reception guy was amazing! I arrived really late and he gave me an apple (I was hungry ) Really good energy and service...He gave me a nice moment.. The breakfast fabulous ! I wanted to stay more and book the e bycicle and more services that they were offering, but was only one night stay..
