This was much more that l can wish, very big room for this price and very nice men in reception, he give me room on the end of corridor that was very quiet as l ask him because l was very tired from driving and there was some christmas celebration, so everthing was great, very clean room with free parking, l will come back for sure.🤗

Excellent and quiet location. Extremely helpful and cordial staff. The partner restaurant Fassbinderhof serves extremely good local dishes and equally very helpful staff. Room was top class.

Due to external circumstances I booked the room late evening before arrival and arrived late because of traffic problems. Lady on reception was wery kind and helpfull, all issues were solved before my arrival via telephone (when I stayed in the queue on the road).

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.
