The location is unbeatable, the staff are welcoming and polite, the breakfast was very good with fantastic coffee and several homemade sweet specialties in addition to the expected usuals. My original room didn't have a balcony and so I requested a change and they changed quickly at no additional cost. The value for the location, comfort, and amenities was fantastic.

It's a great hotel in the city centre. There are many shops in the area and it's close to the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, very clean, with all the facilities you need. The breakfast was delicious and various. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Great welcome at reception. They allowed us to check in early, gave us plenty of information about the hotel and were just generally really helpful. The room was lovely, beds nice and comfy. Bathroom a good size and plenty of room inside the shower unit (I am quite a tall person and this is something that often gives me trouble). Hotel was located right near the main square, and only 5-6 minutes walk from the airport bus drop off point. There are banks and money exchanges just over the road, and bars and restaurants aplenty within 10-15 minutes walk. A super hotel
