The service was outstanding as always, and the rooms were impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. We were particularly delighted to find that the hotel had updated the room's decor by replacing the dark carpet with a beautiful blue one – a refreshing touch! This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a special gift – pajamas, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. M. Saber, the duty manager, and Mr. Rauf for their exceptional cooperation and attentiveness. We truly appreciate their efforts in making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return in May. Loved everything about hyatt place overall we had an enjoyable stay. After long days out we came back to our room very cleaned and refreshed. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, they were always asking if we were good if we don’t need anything as for breakfast they had a variety of selection in their buffet also great.
