We were allowed to check in very early, as we also would check out around 1:30am to catch a flight. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pools on both sides of the hotel, so always a shade side. Nice breakfast. Nice view from hotel rooms. Amazing lobby.

We stayed only for one night, but the hotel was perfect. Close to the airport with bus stopping right in front of the hotel. The metro station to the city center is also very close. The receptionist was super super nice and helpful! (I’m sorry I forgot his name but he said he was from Egypt :)) We also enjoyed a rich breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Overall the hotel had a luxury feeling.

Location is excellent. Close to deira city centre mall and a 5 min walk from the metro. Also close to the airport. Hotel was always busy but staff was always calm and friendly. I would like to Mahmood and Ripon with helped me with check out. Both were always friendly and pleasant. I would also like Payam for always being so helpful and friendly. At breakfast, Sajjad and keshav was always helpful. There was always variety at breakfast. The hotel was always clean.
