Primarily the staff namely Victor and Reuben and Sabine. Have to mention Sophia in Koy restaurant indeed all the staff there Maria’s pastry skill are exceptional.

Everything! Still one of my favourite hotels. Great food and cocktails also. Location in the centre of all the ski lifts.

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

The mountain and water view from our room was amazing! The room is very big, so is the bed, and comfortable! The old Town and shopping area is within walking distance. This is a beautiful hotel.

Perfect place for a luxury stay in Andorra. Five minutes from the main shopping street, yet in a spacious and quiet garden with a mountain view. Big rooms and bathrooms.

The parking is perfect if you have a high value car. especially considering your in the town centre. The hotel is amazing and the spa is out of this world!

I had a lovely few days at this hotel and i will be returning! On arrival i was upgraded to double room on the 6th floor with balcony and beautiful views which was a very nice gesture. 2 ladies at the reception Christina & Silvia were extremely helpful and friendly and thanks to them I discovered a beautiful ski area in Ordino Arcalis just a short bus drive away. And what a fantastic skiing it was there…the best!
