It’s was sparkling clean, ALL the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food options were tasteful and great. The breakfast robot was a nice surprise.
The room was spacious and delightful, with a nice touch to the turn down.

Everything was excellent and definitely I will prefer this hotel always when I am traveling to Lusaka.
I was room upgraded during the check in. The food - breakfast and dinner was fantastic.
I am traveling in the last 3 years very regularly to Lusaka but for first time I was in this hotel but definitely this will be always my choice for any of my next trips to Lusaka.

The hotel is truly amazing, the elegant colonial style, with the calm athmosphere is incredible. The staff is nice above everything, and of course the amazing parts are the wildlife in the garden and the connection to the Victoria Falls. It is out of question the best Hotel when you are about to visit the Victoria Falls!

I loved the fact that the property combined 'business club' facilities (restaurants, coffee shop, gym, yoga terrace, etc.) and hotel rooms and in 2 separate buildings. So, whenever I wanted to be in an environment with people, activities, etc. I could just walk over but also the rooms were completely 'sound proofed' and completely quiet once I am out of the activity areas.
