Great staff - well trained, professional and most are very courteous and polite. Amazing food - though not well catered for dietary requirements. Rooms are very clean and the territory is well looked after with great landscape design. Comfy beds and very quiet. Easy 30 min drive to famagusta and salamis.

I recently stayed at Grand Sapphire Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is new and luxurious, with an amazing swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The gym is incredibly modern, equipped with a wide variety of top-notch equipment, making it great for fitness enthusiasts. The food was delicious, offering a diverse menu with plenty of tasty options. While the general staff were okay, the customer relations staff truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even offering us complimentary tickets to a concert party hosted at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

It's always my first choice in Kyrenia. It's wonderful that it's back in service with its new and renovated design. The rooms are spacious, the minibar is fantastic, the bathroom is fantastic, the beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent as always. My top reason for choosing this hotel is the wonderful staff, always ready to help, always polite, and positive. Room service is available 24/7, the prices are very reasonable, and everything is delicious. HK is very willing to clean every morning. They are fast and practical. Just a message to guest relations is all it takes; they are always eager and prompt to fulfill all your requests. I'd like to thank İlayda Hanım in guest relations. We just returned from a weekend getaway at Gillham Vineyard Hoteld with two other couples. One of the couples had been there before and invited us along. There was so much to enjoy - the views, the wine, the pool, and more. But for us what truly stood out was the exceptional service. As frequent travelers, we can confidently say it was one of the best service experiences we've ever experienced. Throughout our stay they made us feel incredibly comfortable. Whether it was the warm receptionists who greeted us with smiles and remembered us, or every employee we encountered during the day, the service was top-notch. This small hotel (and Kormakitis in general) was a complete surprise to us as we were expecting a traditional Turkish village environment. The history and culture of this place is unique. The restoration of the property has been extremely well done and our host Angelica was very welcoming, helpful and informative. We spent a very pleasant evening over dinner in front of a roaring log fire listening to the history and struggles of this small Maronite Christian community in this very remote corner of Cyprus. The food was good and so was the wine and the company.
