The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

Outstanding hotel at the lowest cost ! Spacious room wardrobe, balcony, hot water, a/c , great view. Lovely garden with Koi carp in a large pool. Staff very sweet. All thus for £9 it beat many of the much pricier places we have stayed at . Everywhere was so clean.

The best place we’ve stayed at! I’m traveling with my family and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. They greeted us with fresh fruit, tea, and even upgraded our room because they had something nicer available—such a kind gesture! The rooms are absolutely beautiful. Everything is high-quality and decorated with amazing taste. The beds are super comfy, and the shower feels like being in a spa. The garden and pool are perfect for relaxing, and the views around the resort are just STUNNING. They were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, helped us rent a motorbike, gave great local tips, and answered any question we had. They even lent us bikes, so we could explore the area—which, by the way, is one of the most beautiful parts of Tam Coc. Getting lost on the little paths, surrounded by nature and temples, was magical. Every time we came back, they welcomed us with a drink, and in the evenings, they even offered us a little foot spa to unwind before bed. It was such a thoughtful touch! Waking up to these views every morning was a dream. And the breakfast? Just amazing! If you’re not sure where to stay in Tam Coc, this is the place. We can’t recommend it enough! It’s close to town, but peaceful and surrounded by nature. You really feel at home—and incredibly well looked after. We kept extending our stay because we didn’t want to leave! Nice and quiet, Will goes the extra mile even meeting me a 4:30 am to let me exit and give me a breakfast bag when I did a ‘border run’ to extend my visa. Breakfast is great. Beach and ancient town close by but bike or taxi. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Very friendly and very welcoming. They were so easy to contact on WhatsApp and the host is so lovely and drove us to trang an boats.

I was amazed to find such an authentic Japanese onsen experience in Hanoi. Everything from the architecture to the bathing process followed the Japanese tradition, which made me feel like I was back in Japan. The hot mineral water relieved all my body aches and helped me release stress. The atmosphere was quiet, and the guests respected the onsen etiquette, which made the whole experience even better. It’s definitely a place where both body and mind can heal.

My 2nd time staying here. Just love it so much. Staff are nice, the room was quite spacious and the location was perfect and laundry room also available, loca food is perfect. If ever go back to Ninh Binh. I will just pick this place to stay.

I would recommend it a thousand times. The service was spectacular. All the staff, especially Nancy, were very helpful during our stay and did their part to ensure that we had the best experience, not only during our stay but in the city itself. The location, the cleanliness, the room and the common services such as the pool and the fitness area 100% met our expectations. Thanks to the chefs for the food. We are leaving happy and would choose them again in the future.

The villa is elegant and affordable at the same time. Every room is tastefully decorated, simple yet luxurious and you can take beautiful photos anywhere <3
