Tidy, rustic rooms, really close to a nice beach with good surf and walking distance to town for cheaper food options. The pool was clean and refreshing, surrounded by lots of greenery. Facilities are great for relaxing. Alex, the manager, was awesome and looked after us really well.

Huge pool where you can actually swim. Stunnig view with sunrise over the lake. Best breakfast and dinner, very good coffee. They have mashed potatoes! Very friendly staff. They go the extra mile. The room was very big and with nice interior. The best is the romantic garden. The rooms have actual windows (as I heard this is not the case in casa 1800)

We had a great experience here! Even though Booking made an error with our booking and our room wasn't available on our day of arrival the host Sergio was very kind and helpful and made sure we had a place to stay without extra costs :)
The rooms are impeccable, all equipped with ac and the beds are very comfortable. The vibe at casaola is very chill, it's a great place to relax and to take a dive in the pool and also the beach is just 1 minute away
Other than that the food is good and there're some good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Gorgeous pool with a great view, comfortable beds in large rooms, AC in dorm room, very chilled and relaxing environment. Initially booked 3 days, but extended for an additional 2 days.
Walking distance to El Zonte beach and centre (about 1 mile), but also very easy to catch a ride outside the hostel from local drivers, or use the bus.
