An elegant property very close to the old city. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The whole staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic; a huge buffet spread of everything imaginable, and on top of that, a la carte main courses on offer as well.
The Palacio had some many nice touches and 'spaces', including the large garden and pool, the bar area out front, the back patio etc. So glad we chose to spend a few nights here.

We had a problem with our flight - it was delayed by 6 hours until after 3am, so Tony (the hotel owner), kindly picked us up (as the taxi ranks were closed). The hotel staff had excellent communication when discussing our delayed flight problem through the booking.com website.

I liked everything about the hotel. Staff is super nice and friendly.
Everything in hotel is perfectly detailed. Bes is big and really comfortable, rooms are big enough and clean.
For ladies, cosmetics are Typology and you get a hair straightner.
Location is close to centre.
Drinks are refilled daily and minibar is complimentary.
Futuristic TV as mirror with TV inside.
Design of hotel is amazing, and most of the stuff produced in Portugal which I really appreciate.
Also you get fresh fruits and snacks in lobby.
15/10 would reccomend
