This place deserves a 12 out of 10 and if you are looking for a real desert experience, look no further. Amer is a super attentive host from the moment he guides you to the camp which is about 16km in the desert all the way through your stay. The camp has four tents, three for guests making it max 6 people staying there and a larger tent for hanging out and eating. To really experience the desert, I suggest you to stay for two nights. Few other facts that may help you decide: - The food served for dinner (optional but can highly recommend!) and breakfast are Omani dishes made fresh on site by the team - The main tent has solar-powered A/C and a table with snacks/water that makes reading or relaxing with a view comfortable during the day - The camp offers all relevant tours (camel rides, bedouin visit etc) - The tents are well equipped, clean and the beds are super comfortable

Had a wonderful time at Al Said Camp in Al Badiyah, Oman. The location is stunning and the camp is comfortable and welcoming. Yassir was truly helpful and kind and his excellent hospitality made the trip memorable. Highly recommend for an authentic desert experience.

The camp is very nice. The location in the middle of desert. Bader was an excellent host. He took us in a nice experience crossing the sand and rode camels. The breakfast was delicious and we ordered dinner and his mother cooked it and it was very delicious. The atmosphere in the camp is family and comfortable. The room is clean and comfy.

It was special experience, like being on Mars. All the staff was very helpful, kind and professional. I strongly recomend stay at Essa.

Property was looking like as if u r on mars. Beautiful dome shaped white tents surrounded by glistening sand on which sunset rays r falling on it.feeling was as if u r in different world.inside very specious room n king sized bed .truly sunset dome. Staff was excellent.food was delicious. Having breakfast n dinner in d dining hall was in itself was different experience.

A beautiful camp characterized by tranquility, beautiful and clean rooms, and friendly staff. I also recommend the sunset trip to Da Hilal. It is an unforgettable trip. Thanks to him. He was nice with us. I recommend this camp. Thanks to them. They made us happy.

The location is perfect - not too close to city and not too far deal in the desert. The welcoming of the hosts is amazing, they make sure we have all we need. Stargazing session after dinner and chat altogether made our evening very pleasant and our daughter of 2,5 YO enjoyed it so much.

A unique place to stay, very comfortable, superb views, delicious view

This hotel is rather a villa which is perfect for families or groups of friends. Playground and self-catering facilities are very good and the owner / staff are more than helpful. Spectacular surroundings.
