An absolutely fantastic stay! The host was excellent - very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The facilities are spotless and have everything you could possibly need, just like a real home. The breakfast was wonderful - fresh, varied, and delicious. A truly unique and unforgettable experience sleeping in a converted airplane. Highly recommended!

The location and history of the property.

Excellent B&B in a small and quiet village. Great room in a very tastefully renovated building. Lovely common garden. Large and well-tasting breakfast. Very friendly host. There are no restaurants in the village, but buy a salat or a sandwich before you arrive and enjoy a peaceful evening with a light meal and a glass of wine in the garden :-)

Exceptional property, very friendly and helpful owner and lovely breakfast.

We took a brief stop on our road trip in this small town. The room is not just a room. We were really surprised that the whole defense tower is our room! The interior is modern and comfortable with the castle view. As this is a defense tower, there are many windows around the room. So you can enjoy 360°c view from the room. Fantastic. Breakfast would be delivered in the morning and we had breakfast inside the room.

Such a stunning little hotel, managed and run by the passionate owners, in a quiet village. Loved every minute of our stay.

Frank and Petra are excellent hosts, so kind. The welcome message included all the necessary transport options, what a relief, thanks! We also had to see a doctor whilst there, and they were most helpful. The house is fabulous, meticulously decorated, everything is explained, everything you need is there.... There are steep stairs, but your bag will be taken up, so no need to worry. The rooms are beautiful, large, with a sitting room and table, separate bedroom, very comfortable bed, and huge windows to see the back yard. You can be warm or cool, up to you. Breakfast is downstairs, everything you could need or wish for, delicious. There are lots of transport options into and around town, very easy. We would stay again gladly.

It was a wonderful stay in Haarlem. Annemarie and Henk do make it special, and you feel like home. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and bread, and joghurt with homemade compote. We had a budget double room, so it was a bit small, but with high ceilings and very cozy and warm. We were not bothered by any noise, it was peaceful and quiet.The location is great, and Annemarie and Henk make sure you visit the best places.

Everything! The nicely furnished, very spacious, and comfortable room, with a comfortable bed, shower, and bathtub. The room was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise from the restaurant that was in the other part of the building. The owners are very friendly, and one can easily feel their passion for hospitality. It was a pleasure for me to get to know them. They pay a lot of attention to the comfort of their guests and have put a lot of effort and attention to detail when designing and furnishing their boutique hotel. They also own the restaurant next door, where they served delicious breakfast during my stay. The hotel is centrally located in Baarlo, very close to a supermarket. Would definitely stay again if I am back in Baarlo. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, breakfast was amazing especially the smoothies! We had dinner there twice in our 2 night stay cause it was so good! It was a fantastic place to stay and the staff were wonderful and happy Very good vibe!
