Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Fantastic location in the Imago Shopping Mall. This meant that there were abundant coffee shops and restaurants only minutes away.
Vinah and the team made us very welcome, ensuring that we had no problems. The availability of the laundry service was an unexpected bonus.
The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathroom was fantastic.
All things considered, this booking could not have been better.

the beds were so so comfy with great pillows! lovely big windows so the room was so light and felt so open. staff were extremely helpful answering any questions instantly on WhatsApp! near to the waterfront and a 20 minute walk down to the port.

The hotel is located within the district of Jonker Street but stayed away from the hustle and bustle of the busiest area. One can easily walk to some museums and also many nice restaurants nearby. Some scenic spots are also within 10 minutes walk.
