AMAZING!
It was the best guesthouse while our Trip through Malaysia :) The Captain and his wife we're so friendly - we had good talks and good food too! The Captain invited us to a cultur Dinner and a nice evening. Unfortunally we stayed only for one night, but it was the best night wich we could have asked for!
Even Lip's dream came true and they organized him a durian Fruit. Sooo kind!
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our bed was very good and soft. We slept very well. The Captain's wife (Mommy) helped us to get a taxi to the Airport. We want to come back again as soon as possible! We loved it so much!

The location was central, within a short distance from the Pavilion, KLCC Park, and the Petronas Twin Towers. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, so much so I did not want to leave. Breakfast was terrific, with many options. RUMA staff at the front desk, breakfast, and the hotel entrance were friendly, helpful, and professional. This was my favorite hotel out of three during my trip through KL and Singapore.

Thanks for perfect hosting. Room decoration is nice, location is great as well. The room is equiped with everything we needed including fast wifi, cable TV, refrigerator, A/C, kettle, power bank, iron and hairdryer. Helpful and caring staff is the best.

The staff were amazing and so helpful and welcoming from the moment we stepped it. Everything is so personal and comfortable. The breakfast is cooked by the owner every morning. The cocktails are amazing. The rooms are incredible. Everything is so intentional in the hotel. But It really is the staff that make it though, they are all so kind and helpful and friendly. The two gorgeous cats are a bonus!

Hotel is truly 5*
The staff are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay.
The hotel facilities and room are spotless, beautifully decorated and with a lovely ambiance and even scent!
The view from the pool, Vertigo bar and rooms themselves are spectacular and the hotel is well located to attractions and connected to the mall.
After check-out they stored our suitcases and still gave access to the pool and other facilities.
We would definitely stay again and thank all the team for a wonderful stay
