Service and attention to detail

The cleanness of the hotel is absolutely amazing! The room is well maintained. And of course, the service and staff are so thoughtful! A little thing to mention is that it is the first time that hotel asks when I would like to have our room cleaned. I guess most people are there to stay up late, so keep knocking doors for housekeeping service is really annoying. This action is really thoughtful. Last point not the least, we got our customized Conrad bears with our name initials😍 LUV IT

Really friendly helpfull staff, brand new hotel, good free shuttle services to other hotels, ferry and Macau central, fast WiFi, room, bathroom, fittings, furniture and linen are all on point. Close to all the casinos 🎰

Very good location but without any signboard telling the shopping complex and food around until the last day I explore the left side of the building only then I find a lot of shopping lots and cafe around the hotel building. Please put more sign and advertisement to show the people/visitors around your hotel buildings.

Everything was top notch, from ultra modern look and facilities to super friendly staff and concierge. You get a box of fresh fruits and a mini bar with most of the stuffs in it free (beers, soft drinks, biscuits, capsule coffee, etc). They were refilled with every house cleaning 2 happening 2 times a day. You can pair up your phone to the room speakers and enjoy your own musics. The room speakers will create a sort of immersive experience. The room has 2 tablets. With each of them, you can control lights, curtains, blinds, tv and you can order food, get info, etc. All in all, i can say sofar, Morpheus is the best 5 star hotel that i have ever been to.

Exceptional experience. Very big room with spectacular views and comfy bed. Very considerate service too. Snacks, drinks and fruits were replenished everyday too. Indoor, warm pool is a big big plus in winter.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip, even though we were only there for one night. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The hotel’s location was excellent, with bus stops nearby and close to other tourist attractions. We chose to have breakfast, which was outstanding—one of the best we’ve ever had. Guests can choose between a Western or Chinese-style breakfast, and we opted for both. The food was very filling and delicious, and the staff were attentive. The hotel rooms were very clean, and it was a pleasant surprise to find free drinks and snacks provided. Even better, we received a free upgrade to our room. We didn’t have high expectations before arriving, but the experience far exceeded them. We will definitely return if we stay in Macau again!

An amazing hotel. I consider it the most luxurious among the other sandbox hotels. That is the rare case when I am happy with everything. From the speed at check-in and the view from the window, to eviction, when you don't have to stand in queues, but just throw out the card near the elevator and drive on. Everything is clean, beautiful, new, nothing in the room creaks, the cleaning is excellent, compliments from the hotel for the Birthday are present. Delight! I recommend it to everyone.
