Wonderful alternative contemporary hotel.

The staff is always very attentive and on the ball , they go out of their way to be of service , the food is excellent compliments to the chefs . Very clean , beautiful surroundings , wonderfull pool

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The location is perfect, a short walk away from pub street in a quiet location. The owner, Heng, is so helpful! He contacted me to organise a transfer from the airport a few days in advance of our stay and he was always quick to reply to any messages I sent. He was really helpful with suggestions on where to eat, what to do and where to go. He organised a driver to take us to Angkor Wat for sunset and sunrise and gave us a fair price so we never felt we had to haggle. We were greeted with cold towels, fresh fruit and tea/coffee every time we returned to the hotel, which was such a nice touch. Finally we were getting a night bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh at 10pm, Heng kept our luggage for us during the day when we checked out and provided a shower and changing room for us before we left. Also offering us refreshments even though we had checked out. Heng is so kind, helpful and really hospitable. Would definitely recommend you stay here

Fantastic, serene hotel and fantastic management and service. Incredibly nice staff, reasonably priced restaurant with very good food, lovely room and pool area. Loved the breakfast options! The Bliss offers everything you want in a small hotel. I wish I can stay at a Bliss wherever I travel, and I travel quite a bit. They can arrange all of your tours and transfers if you desire. I loved the location, easy walk or short tuk tuk to anywhere you might want to go in the city, if you want to leave the hotel at all.😊

The hosts were wonderful, always there to help and spoiling me with rice cakes and other delicacies. Ask for January as your tuk tuk driver / guide. He knows everything about Battambang and will take you on a discovery tour of the area. Really worth it!

Perfect location, great staff and cosy and spacious rooms. They had the cutest cat family in the lobby. Swimming pool is also bonus. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best places we have stayed.. from start to end the staffs were a gem..@special shout-out to Mr. Yin(pronounced as Zin)..he was so so sooo friendly..he helped us plan our tours and guided us at a lot of places..we talked a lot.. also the ambience and the food was great..the room we stayed in was superb..exceeding expectations..we loved our stay there..

A truly beautiful location with only 9 double villas, a large pool and very helpful and nice staff. Know all about the area and make reservations for trips if you want. Every day 1 free tuk tuk to and from the hotel. We had a wonderful time.

Staff service was incredible, offering us free xmas dinner on arrival. Huts looked even better than on the photos, oasis in the middle of the city
