I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries.
The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The location is perfect, a short walk away from pub street in a quiet location.
The owner, Heng, is so helpful! He contacted me to organise a transfer from the airport a few days in advance of our stay and he was always quick to reply to any messages I sent. He was really helpful with suggestions on where to eat, what to do and where to go. He organised a driver to take us to Angkor Wat for sunset and sunrise and gave us a fair price so we never felt we had to haggle.
We were greeted with cold towels, fresh fruit and tea/coffee every time we returned to the hotel, which was such a nice touch.
Finally we were getting a night bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh at 10pm, Heng kept our luggage for us during the day when we checked out and provided a shower and changing room for us before we left. Also offering us refreshments even though we had checked out.
Heng is so kind, helpful and really hospitable. Would definitely recommend you stay here

World class service, clean and cosy hotel with very good restaurant in it. We get very friendly remork driver Veasna who drove us everywhere🙏. Also we got transportion from airport to the hotel with remork, which was very cool.

My friend and I really loved People by the Community. The hotel is really nice and well maintained. They upgraded our room to a bigger one for no extra cost and they were kind enough to give us an early check-in. They also have their Tuktuks which provide services for a very reasonable price compared to others and same goes for the restaurant that offers nice food at lower price compared to other cafes and restaurants in the city. We highly recommend the hotel, not only because it will give you a pleasant experience in Siam Reap but because it’s a social enterprise project that serves the community and all the people working there are contributing to their community with passion and love.

The hosts were wonderful, always there to help and spoiling me with rice cakes and other delicacies.
Ask for January as your tuk tuk driver / guide. He knows everything about Battambang and will take you on a discovery tour of the area. Really worth it!

We've just spent 11 days exploring Siem Reap from the wonderful Nature hotel! This place was so lovely to stay in with incredible , friendly & warm service from all of the staff, but especially Mr Yin, Mr Run, Mr Joseph & our driver Mr Sok Cheat. Between them they managed all of our amazing tours and transport, very yummy meals and drinks, all at a very reasonable price and a huge amount of care. Our poolside room was wonderful and the pool our favourite yet! We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be sure to return - they filled our stay with many positive experiences 😊💖

Amazing place! We have bungalow with private pool. Very clean and beautiful. Staff is extremly helpful. There are 5 breakfast choice. After 5 pm is free tuktuk to night market.
