The hotel is amazing but the staff truly making this hotel exceptional! We were floored by the customer service from check in, to the restaurant, the spa as well as our tour experience the hotel organized for us! The WOW factor is very high here and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all who made our time at Viroth's exceptional!

I could not recommend The Jungle enough! I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful and calm place and room to stay in Cambodia. The host was very friendly and helpful and washed my clothes for me as I was backpacking. You get a lot for what you pay.

Best host we ever had, he helped us with every single question, provided us with coffee and fresh fruit every day and was so nice and caring. This is the best place we have ever stayed at. This host is irreplaceable, he helps you with everything, has a lot of knowledge and can answer all your questions with great detail and is so so so kind!

Absolutely fabulous. Everything was 10/10. So many luxurious touches like cold face towels every time we came back to the hotel and a fresh fruit bowl upon arrival. The staff were fantastic and helped us book a lot of things. We loved so much about our trip. We stayed in the family Villa and got so many surprises. We had a whole wet kitchen with full size fridge, gas cooker and washing machine. The washing machine was such a blessing - never have I experienced such humidity. I live in Malaysia, but the heat was extreme. I ended up washing clothes almost every day I was there - I don't know what I would have done without a washing machine as we ran out of clothes so quickly. We were there end of April - hottest time of the year and were drenched in sweat every time we went out. I must admit our bed was like a brick - but sadly that is normal in Asia. The staff tried to help but it didn't make much difference. Finally I thought to make a bed of pillows and had a fantastic sleep the rest of my stay. The kids bed was ok and quite decent for Asia. The restaurant had a big selection of meals and drinks and breakfast was adequate. It wasn't a 5 star hotel, but the value for money was incredible, our stay was fabulous, the kids totally loved it, and I definitely recommend it - especially the Villa for families. They even set up a desk for my husband to work in his own private space on the top floor! 10/10 from all of us. Siem Reap comments: The zip line was fantastic - highly recommended The ceramics class was a favourite for my kids The elephant tour was really special (but expensive) Dinner by the river was the best. $2 for a huge choice of meals and $1 for a fruit smoothie. Cambodian food is awesome. Asian food without the spice - love it ❤️

Staff’s kindness, cleanliness, and the rest of everything were more than I expected. I will hands down stay here if I get a chance to be in Siem Reap again.

It was an amazing stay at Muni Residence and Spa. We stayed 2 nights, we had a very warm welcoming from the lovely team who was very thoughtful and put a lot of attention on us making sure that we had everything we needed. They prepared many snacks for us before leaving for the day and when we came back too. Everything was perfectly cleaned and the room was very comfortable. The swimming pool area is very peaceful. Their partner tuktuk driver/guide Pin was very great too. We have spent the whole day with him and he brought us too many places and with a lot of explanations for us to understand better his city and culture. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Battambang. Thank you very much, see you soon! Diada & Remy

Very nice staff. They printed our visa. The rooms were super comfortable.

Best food we ate in Cambodia was at The Nature. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service and the facilities were of high quality.

Friendliest and most accomodating staff

The room was super clean and spacious, with everything we needed like AC, hot water, and a hairdryer. The view from the patio was amazing – you could see Bokor Mountain perfectly. The owners were so nice and friendly, and the Khmer food they cooked was delicious.
