Ahmet from Hillside Karakol speaks perfect english, provided a lot of advice regarding restaurants and transfers and allowed us to leave our car on premise during our 6 day trek along the Ak Suu Traverse. Availability of washing machine and dryer was also appreciated.

We like the style of the hotel, and the bed was super comfortable for us. Hard bed but soft enuff on top. The staff was super friendly. And most importantly they had weight to weigh our luggage! 😏 thru this experience, I learn that it's not the amount of stars to determine the comfort. It's the right hotel that suits ur comfortability. This is a high 4 stars to us.

The hotel is not far by the city center. The hotel is clean and new with 24/7 services. Tea and coffee always available. Mr. Sergey was very helpful with all our needs and always is greetful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

New hotel. Very nice decoration. Beautiful room. Very good and rich breakfast. Water is provided at the reception 24 hours a day. It is a little further from the main square but you follow a straight path for 15 minutes and you are in a very central location. The guys working at the reception are excellent.

This is a very new complex of cabins with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The road to the top is a bit steep, but nothing that could not be overcome. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the waiter tried very hard to accommodate us. The wifi was very fast. The proximity to the AlaArcha National Park is a bonus.

We stayed in the chalet which was perfect for four of us travelling together. Great to have separate rooms and a cosy area together. Ludmila was such a fantastic host: made us feel welcome, gave us so many snacks, made us a beautiful breakfast every morning, and supplied endless laughs. Great location close to town. And two lovely kitties to play with!!

EcoHouse Glamping is a gem. Check-in was smooth, communication fast, and from the first minute everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The domes are spotless and genuinely cozy, with a super-comfortable bed, strong hot shower, good heating, and all the little things exactly where you expect them. Breakfast was delicious , and the lobby/lounge is beautiful- a relaxing spot for coffee or planning the day. We felt very safe thanks to on-site security and the well-kept grounds: landscaped paths, a lovely pistachio garden, and lots of photo-worthy corners. The views are the showstopper- city lights and mountains in one frame, and the location is perfect: peaceful, yet just a short drive into Bishkek. Staff are warm, attentive, and quick to help without being intrusive.
