The tents were clean, the dinner was delicious, the jeep tour was fantastic, gathering around the fire after dinner was a lot of fun, and the nighttime stargazing tour was peaceful. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The food was very delicious. We ate vegetarian food and all kinds of food were available. The location and cleanliness were excellent. The jeep tour and the stargazing trip were amazing. I recommend it.

If you want a quiet place to relax, this is it. The jeep ride was easy and full of stunning stops. Everyone was friendly and helpful all the time. The food was simple but really tasty. Totally worth the visit.

To begin with, we were so happy having decided to stay 3 days in this particular hotel in Petra. In 35 years of travelling we have met very few attentive owners (Ahmad and Mohammad here) of the hotel who got out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel owners even felt responsible for their guests' problems unrelated to the hotel. We had a rental with a dead key fob battery and the first thing we did when we entered the hotel was to ask where we could buy a new battery. The owner Ahmad asked us not to bother and have a rest. He bought the battery himself and refused to take the money. Each time we met one of the owners or a staff member Mahmoud we were asked if we needed something, if everything was fine. The hotel has an underground parking with the lift to upper floors. Our room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, spotless, with a fridge and a kettle and complimentary water. The breakfast was varied, very tasty buns (especially the ones with cinnamon). We found the location excellent for our needs. A five minute drive to Petra visitor centre, a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants , a 3 minute walk to the bakery (try kullaj -flaky pastry). Should we decide to visit Petra again, we will undoubtedly stay in the same hotel.

The location is quiet and everyone is friendly. Ali was there to receive us and he was a friendly person. We took the room and it was clean and everything was great. I recommend it.

The reception was very nice from Nawaf, the place of stay is great, quiet, safe and very clean, the food is very delicious and the 6-hour jeep trip with Bedouin lunch is very beautiful and the areas are wonderful and the views are breathtaking, and Nawaf was very close to us and a great photographer.

I visited Wadi Rum three years ago, but this visit was completely different. The service, cleanliness, and safety were great. It is very important to me that this is the best camp in Wadi Rum. It has wonderful views, wonderful service, and the staff are experienced. Also, all the activities. I tried one of them, and it was fantastic. Thank you for the service you provided.

I had an amazing solo stay at Ayla Rum Luxury Camp. The luxury tent was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed. Yahia, the manager, was extremely welcoming and made sure I had a great experience. Big thanks to him for his kindness and hospitality!

Amazing hospitality and communication by all staff members. This was one of the best stays in my life and I would recommend it to everyone. The food was a true joy and experience (prepared in a traditional way with organic ingredients). Everything was smooth, effortless and just perfect and amazing. Will definitely come back again.
