Lets begin with the kindness of the staff, unmatched unbelivable. they made me feel safe and so that i did not lack for anything. beggning with Yousif whom always helped me with everything, the pool jucuzzi the hamam he made sure all was working, I ordered outside food and he brought it to me. it was awesome! Then there was the kindest girl in the recpetion whom also made sure i was well taken cared for and i meant allot. I am not from the area and as a tourist it felt really good and safe.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a variety of amenities that made our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to access nearby attractions, and the the parking in front of the hotel was really convenient. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with any requests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay! The rooms on Level 2 are exceptional quality and so spacious. The hotel is so conveniently located we could walk to dinner and the museum without any trouble.
