The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

She helped us book restaurants and even arranged access to the hotel’s daytime facilities after I checked out because my flight was at 10 PM. After I left Egypt, I realized I had lost my necklace in the room—she found it for me! I was so moved. We agreed that I’ll come back next time to pick it up, and I really will return. I also met many kind and wonderful staff members. Mina at the restaurant arranged a special dinner for us and offered us drinks. My friend was so touched that he even wrote him a handwritten note—it was well deserved! The supervisor and team at the Mexican restaurant were adorable. We even exchanged some Egyptian and Chinese language lessons. It didn’t feel like guests and staff—it felt like coming home. The bar staff greeted us warmly every day, and the entertainment team was amazing too. Their attitude and enthusiasm made this trip truly unforgettable, even after returning home. We had a very comfortable 3 nights stay in this apartment. Room was very clean and bed comfy, and the owner very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good, Carrefour is just across the road. Highly recomended.

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel in Luxor as a family, and this choice truly made our trip special. Located on the West Bank, the hotel offers a calm, authentic setting that is perfect for families. From the very first day, the level of care was exceptional. Despite our flight arriving late at around 1 a.m., Ayman personally came to pick us up, making our arrival completely stress-free after a long journey. This kind of attention perfectly reflects the spirit of the place. The West Bank is, in our opinion, the best area to stay in Luxor. Unlike the East Bank, where you can hardly walk a few meters without being approached by taxis, horse carriages or motorboats, the West Bank allows you to relax, move around peacefully and experience the real rhythm of Egypt: villages, craftsmen, landscapes and everyday local life. The hotel is ideally located near Luxor’s main archaeological sites: the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Nobles, Deir el-Bahari (Hatshepsut Temple) and the Ramesseum. This makes sightseeing easy and stress-free, especially when traveling with children. Crossing the Nile to the East Bank is quick, easy and very affordable (just a few minutes by ferry for around 1 euro). From there, it is easy to reach the city center and even walk to Karnak Temple, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the West Bank in the evening. We were given a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, which immediately made us feel at home. This truly reflects the spirit of a real guesthouse, ideal for families. The hotel offers all the essential comforts, with good restaurants nearby and a relaxed atmosphere. And the view is simply spectacular — not a 180° view, but a stunning 360° panorama over the Nile, the temples, the Theban mountains and unforgettable sunsets. Finally, the kindness and availability of our hosts, especially Ayman, made all the difference.

I’ve never written a review before but coming to this place needed one it’s beyond imagination, me and my husband and little daughter liked to too much , we never had a stay like this tbh . Ahmed and Christina took very good care of us they felt like our family , they think of all details the stay was very cosy , friendly and romantic the rooms were very clean the decoration, the theme , we also had a day trip to visit Luxor Ahmed was amazing in all Luxor temples and archaeological places he litteraly was very informative , they had a magic wand for you you need to go to this place with your eyes closed .
