The service was impeccable the staff is so attentive and friendly and genuinely kind that really makes such a difference - always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The best hotel in Egypt. Nothing comes close to this in beauty and style and attention to detail and probably the nicest pool I have ever seen. Dawood at the reception was amazing like all of the other staff.
