From the very beginning, Miss Massaouda welcomed us warmly. She showed us our room, explained the entire resort, and was always there for us throughout our stay. No matter what we needed, she always found a solution. Wow, what incredible service!
Our housekeeper Mohamed was extremely attentive. He cleaned our room thoroughly every single day and surprised us with a small thoughtful gesture daily. Truly outstanding!
The food and drinks were delicious and of great quality. The restaurant staff were quick, friendly, and consistently focused on the guests’ well-being.
We felt extremely comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Room and bathroom were huge and clean.
Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry.
Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning.
Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

Everything about my stay was wonderful.
The staff looked after me like family.
The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe.
They also gave me a free upgrade.
All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo.
Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet.
And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight.
She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back!
The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away.
Worth every penny.
