We loved our stay at Hotel Faro Azul. Even before our arrival, Carolina, the host, contacted us via WhatsApp, which is very reassuring if you have any questions. The house is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, a wonderful terrace, and a gorgeous garden. The breakfasts, carefully prepared by Carolina or another hotel staff member, are excellent.
Carolina, even though she does not live on-site, is very present at the hotel and always available: when she isn’t there, she responds very quickly to messages. We spent 5 days here and truly felt at home thanks to all her attentions.
The accommodation is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from Valparaíso’s most beautiful tourist areas. It also offers a secure parking space, which is very convenient. The room is bright and heated, and the bathroom is superb.
We also had the chance to enjoy a couple’s massage with two professionals in a spa room next to the house, which was an incredible and relaxing experience.

It’s a really beautiful and unique place, we stayed in a spacious room with its own door to the blooming and quiet garden. The area is safe and really lovely and so is Paula! We loved all her recommendations and she speaks perfect englisch and also good German which was super convenient for us ;) the breakfast is also great! Muchas gracias:)

It is a beautiful English cottage in Puerto Natales.
The place is very tastefully done by the couple who own and run the place - Carlos and Christina.
They made us feel very warm and took very good care of us during our stay there. They made us a good breakfast every morning and even on days when we had to leave early for our excursions.
They helped us with all the best tourist activities that had to be done at and from Puerto Natales.
Felt like home. Absolutely lovely, wonderful and honest people.
Very convenient place to take the navigation to Mirador Serrano Glacier.
