We had a wonderful time staying in Tropical Magnolia with our friends. We booked two cabanas last weekend. The place is beautiful and has a calming energy flowing all over with mature fruit trees and ornamental plants everywhere you look. The peacocks and the lotus ponds give this place a unique and pleasant vibe that you don’t otherwise experience. The cabanas are sustainably built by the local Maya artisans and have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The owners are exceptionally welcoming and take personal attention to make their guests feel at home. We will definitely be visiting this place again!

My stay at Louis Apartment was an exceptional experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean, making it feel fresh and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The space was both spacious and luxurious, designed with thoughtful attention to detail that elevated every aspect of my stay. From the modern electric stove with proper ventilation to the TVs in both the living room and bedroom, which allowed streaming and casting on various platforms, the amenities were top-notch. The bathroom was another standout feature, with its beautifully modern, nature-inspired aesthetic and perfect lighting that added to its earthy vibe. The furniture was incredibly soft and comfortable, creating an inviting space to relax after long days. The location was also a major plus, situated in the heart of the village with easy access to dining options, supermarkets, entertainment spots, and gift shops. Security was exceptional, with multiple measures in place, including secure locks and cameras, ensuring I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Additionally, the host was extremely communicative and receptive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and making me feel well cared for.

Everything! The staff was so attentive and lovely. The place is well cared for. Our room was damaged with the Sara storm and we were therefore upgraded for most of the nights to a 3 bedroom house with a shared swimming pool. It was just outstanding. The house was tastefully decorated, had everything you need, including loads of towels, the kitchen is well appointed, including a fountain with drinking water. We then moved back to a 2-bedroom apartment which is what we had originally booked, still with access to the pool. Still great kitchen, drinking water, all toiletries. Super clean. Housekeeping is done daily and the team is absolutely lovely.
We were totally delighted. Breakfast is great and they offer a different special every day.
The location is incredible, close everything but quiet and we used the free bikes to move around.
We loved it so much that we extended our stay
