Staff was very kind. Mohammed Ali was also great! Fast check-in. SIM cards available at reception. Have us better room in advance. International breakfast was awesome. To sleep in luxury bed was a best part of my day.

In the reception they give full attention and always did what we asked for because we are old couple who to be directed well.

The best hotel around Bab Al-Bahrain. We were greeted with the friendliness of the staff, we were able to check in earlier before15:00. One of our rooms was upgraded to a more spacious one. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. Room facilities, furniture and toilets are clean and look very well maintained.
There is no car park, but valet parking is provided by the staff and they are very adept at picking up and parking the vehicle. They are very polite and kind. The masjid is right beside the hotel so it's easy for us to go to pray.
The hotel library facilities are very good and neatly arranged, the books and magazines provided are interesting to read.
Very close to shopping places around Bab Al-Bahrain.
The hotel has very good restaurant decoration, very good breakfast and delicious.

Hotel has very good location, walking distance from Souk Al Bahar. One bedroom suite was amazing and very spacious & clean, kitchen has everything what is required, cofee, tea and water are complementary. I liked books in the room about Bahrain and Art. Professional hotel team: Mrudu Nair ( Front Office Manager ), Aneesha, Sayyed, Salman, Sylvestre & Sunday gave me best hospitality and care during my stay. Food and drinks in Sushisamba (upper floor ) was amazing, same as stunning view. I highly reccomend and will be happy to come back again.

When I arrived at the hotel, I had a minor problem that I don’t want to mention because in the end I excused the hotel due to the Eid crowds, but what is special about the hotel is the management’s response to the quick solution and facilitating the stay, and I can only thank the hotel management from the youngest to the oldest. When you enter, you find the special reception with Arabic coffee and the smiles of the workers and everyone welcomes you, as well as the staff responsible for breakfast. Thank you all, and I will book and stay with you again as soon as possible.
