This is a true 4 star hotel. Great location. Great customer service. They maintained a 5star quality. Beds are comfortable. Large spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Easy to find in Cumilla.

Staff are exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful. The room is always very clean and housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning and came around in the afternoon to see if I needed extra help or water.
Location is good. Very accessible but away from the area with heavy traffic.
Food in the hotel is good and there are bakery, Korean restaurant, seafood restaurant within walking distance too.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

Jatra Flagship Sylhet is fantastic accommodation in a very quiet part of Sylhet, but still handy to everything. Our room was so fresh and clean and of good proportions. There was a nice balcony and the view was out to attractive buildings in the distance and lots of palm trees.
We have been travelling in Asia for 4 months so far, and our bed at Jatra Flagship was one of the most comfortable we have experienced (not so hard) and the pillows and linen were perfect.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the aloo and paratha, along with fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There is a very nice kitchenette/dining area for guests to enjoy breakfast or reheat food from outside for lunch or an evening meal.
But the best part of staying here is the kind and gentle service of the manager, Jahid. He helped us with onward train bookings and nothing was too much of a problem for him. I'm not sure who owns Jatra Flagship Sylhet, but let me assure you that Jahid is a huge asset to your business and you should feel proud to have him in your service.
