Beautifully appointed, boutique apartment. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food at the FishPot and we were helped to arrange a last minute snorkel trip. We stayed at a large resort prior to moving to Little Good Harbour and LGH was our favourite of the two by far.

Breakfast should be free and it should be buffet

I absolutely loved how close our room was to the ocean. The staff also was extremely kind and really went the extra mile to help us out.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Our flight arrived late in the evening and manager Leesha was there to greet us along with two staff who helped us with our bags to our room. She went above and beyond to enusre our stay was comfortable even giving us her own food as we arrived after everything was closed. The meals were not your average resort bulk food fare. The waitstaff were attentive and fun leaving us with smiles on our faces. The resort was clean and well kept. No surprises when you got to your room. The premises were also well maintained. Luxurious while still feeling welcoming and warm. Again I cannot stress how the staff went above to make us feel. My mother had accessibility needs and they even ensured the right type of vehicle come to pick us up. It was the attention to detail and their concern that really won us over. The layout of garden pools and beach was beautifully achieved. My large balcony looking out to beach and sea. Splendid sandy beach keep clean with a small streach to the right protected by a small reef if the breaking waves are too high

The staff is beyond exceptional. The reviews regarding staff was why we booked Sugar Bay and they exceeded our expectations. We can’t say enough about how dedicated they are. The resort is the perfect size. It’s only 3 stories so you can take the stairs if you wish and the beach and restaurants are not overrun by guests. The housekeeping woman we had took great pride in cleaning our room and placed beautiful hibiscus in our room. The extra touches are always appreciated. The beach was beautiful as long as seaweed didn’t come on shore as the staff did not clean it up. The food was exceptional. Every night there was something different which was really nice. Also Collin’s restaurant opens daily for lunch offering a daily special, fish, burgers, hotdog, etc. There are 2 specialty restaurants UMI and Sizzle that can be booked and are both excellent.

The property is ideally located on a beautiful beach and has great access to the very safe and welcoming area of St Lawrence Gap where you can really get involved in the local nightlife. The suites were immaculately clean and extremely well appointed. All 4 restaurants serve great quality food from fine dining to more beach bar fare available. The biggest stand out feature of this hotel though are it’s staff who cannot do enough for you during your stay. Every single member of staff from Housekeeping to the bar staff to the guys that look after the beach like Gino are exceptional. Our experience ambassadors Abigail and Shiloh were absolutely first class and arranged a number of trips, reservations and transport for us during our stay with consummate professionalism. Big thanks also to Dwayne, Ronaldo, Karlos and Darrien who are exceptional bar staff and genuinely nice guys. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying here. We were here for 2 weeks and has been the only hotel in our experience where we were genuinely sorry to leave by the end of the holiday.
