Excellent location for those who would like to visit Shahdag. Great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanted to visit Shahdag .Everything was amazing.

Where to start .. so I can write a book on my experience and that night .. to cut it short we got stuck in a snow blizzard and by the time we realise it was a road to nowhere... we reached the place and felt secure ... someone from hotel guided us how to cover the last mile .. GULEN she is a super woman .. she helped us throughout our stay as she speaks English and helped us to get a driver to drive back next day to Baku as by the time we realised it was more than 6 feet of snowfall.. roads shut.. All in all wonderful property...good food .. outstanding views .. views that can take you to cloud 9 ...

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism combined with a personal touch made the whole experience feel special.

Our stay at Midtown Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, including a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was impeccable—every detail was taken care of at the highest level. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The food was exceptional, with every dish prepared to perfection. A special thanks to Tair (manager) for his professionalism and attentiveness, Suleiman (restaurant chef) for the delicious meals, and Samir and Gulia for their warm and outstanding service. Their dedication truly made our stay extra special. Huge appreciation to the entire hotel team for making our time here so enjoyable. We booked the hotel for 4 nights and were planning to move to another hotel in Baku, a direct competitor. But after just 1 night we abandoned the plan and decided to stay 6 more days at Four Seasons Baku. It’s that good. The hotel is excellent. The service is obsessively personalized. You don’t even have to ask — sometimes you don’t even think or know what you need — but they do, and they deliver. Breakfasts are not just good, they are amazing. Almost too good. We tried many local foods and combinations. When I needed a professional medical massage for pain relief, they found a specialist with the right experience. Whatever we needed or wanted, it seemed like the words “no” and “sorry” simply weren’t in the FS Baku team’s vocabulary. The Zafferano restaurant is quite pricey, but that’s more of a feature than a problem: a single dish costs more than a full dinner in the city, but you get calm, privacy, and a personal approach. You understand exactly what you’re paying for. A lot can be said, but in the end the only real way to understand it is to experience it yourself: Four Seasons is the place to stay in Baku if you want a smooth, seamless, extra-comfortable trip.
