This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Very comfortable and soulful. Artush, the owner and all his staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and delicious food. Fully recommended.

We have really enjoyed our stay in the Sapsan lodge. Spectacular views - both during the day and at night. Great facilities. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. They made an armenian bbq for us which we had with delicious salads and sides. Some samogon has been drunk. It has been the highlight of our holidays in Armenia. Amazing experience! Thank you!

Being invited to dinner by the owner added a personal touch, and I've never felt more comfortable at any other place. It's like staying at your grandparents' house, filled with warmth and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend for a cozy and welcoming stay.

Great location and quiet property with clean rooms and comfy beds. The simple things in life. The place is nice with only a few rooms and a shared lounge dining area where you can chill and watch the world go by. Considering Gyumri is a small area I just wanted something affordable, well located and clean. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice, made right there in front of you fresh. The photos on Booking are a little messed up. But essentially you have 4-6 rooms, all with their own bathrooms.

Perfect guesthouse in the heart of Goris. Staff exceeded expectations. They helped us organise a local taxi to bring us on a day trip to Tatev and the surroundings. It was a brilliant tour and I’d fully recommend asking to go on it when you arrive. The lady who worked reception had excellent English. We got breakfast and it was exceptional. Would recommend as a place to stay for future travellers.

Full Review: We were a group of five friends traveling by car from the Iranian border to Yerevan. Goris and Tatev are popular spots for a mid-route stop if you want to cover a long distance in two days, but Ranch offers much more than a basic overnight stay — it’s the kind of place you’ll wish you were booked for longer. There are three separate suites, each fitting 2–3 people. We booked two of them for one night. Everything was spotless, with excellent shower pressure and temperature, fast Wi-Fi, and efficient heating and cooling. It seemed the property runs on solar energy, but there was no issue at all with electricity. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. In the evening, they lit a fire for us, which was the perfect way to relax under the stars and enjoy the stillness of nature while having a friendly chat. Just a note: if you’re not traveling with a car, Ranch may not be the most practical option, as it’s located in a remote and quiet area — the nearest shop is about a 10-minute drive. But with a vehicle, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better place in the region.

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The setting was peaceful and scenic — surrounded by nature, yet close to the centre of Dilijan. The room was stylish, warm, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The view from my balcony was spectacular — looking out over the forested hills which made each morning so tranquil. What truly stood out was the atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and peaceful. Anahit on reception was warm, helpful and attentive throughout. Narak made the experience extra special — from beautifully made cocktails to serving dinner and breakfast with such care. As a solo traveller, I felt completely at ease here. The shared lounge with its fireplace and calming music was the perfect place to unwind and the breakfast each morning was outstanding - Fresh, delicious and relaxed. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, connection, and a little stillness.
