Lots of space and easy access. Plenty of ceiling fans and AC in rooms- although it does blow over the bed so made it a bit difficult to breath since it dried out throats out a bit. The decor on the table was super cute. It felt weird destroying it to eat. Kitchen had some good solid foundations we were able to have a few great family meals without needing to buy the foundations to cook.

Seashore path is very hard to run, but you can have nice 15 min walk to black sand beach. We opted for Hapuna beach 118 min drive) to enjoy surfing equipment in the apartment. There is also umbrella, snorchel, beach chairs. Nice terrase, well equiped kitchen, washer, dryer. Quiet. Beach club is 3 min and very nice. Evening live music. Delicious cuisine.

Very homely with thoughtful messages and small welcome gifts, everything was there, lots of space, amazing kitchen, lovely porch, so close to the volcano! Can absolutely recommend this place. As the owner says, make sure you hit the supermarket on the way there as close by there is only a small local shop that stocks only bare necessities for crazy prices.
