Stuga Björkdalen is a recently renovated holiday home in Växjö, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden. The little house was so cozy and cute and had everything we needed. It is located in Anders' big and beautiful garden and is only 2 minutes walking away from the lakeside. It was extremely quiet and we felt like in our own little world. The house had a tiny, but fully equipped kitchen, so we could prepare our own food. Handing over of the keys was smooth and easy too, we just provided our arrival time. Anders was very friendly and helpful.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Amazing location. We swam from the little jetty most days. Pure bliss! Breakfasts and dinners under the apple trees. Could not dream of more. The property is very spacious - husband and I had the bottom floor whilst the other little family stayed on the top. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The interior is a bit dated, but it adds to the charm! Pierre, the host, was so helpful and sorted out our queries in no time.

The holiday home features a public bath and a shared kitchen. Anders (the host) was welcoming us at the house. We had a detailed tour through the house and (!) Anders took us on a short tour through the surrounding area in order to present the best places for outdoor activities. That was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. We did appreciate that a lot.
