It is a large private house in one of the best location in Winndhoek. Spacious rooms with extra bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dinning room. There is large gated parking area in front of the house, which very convenient if you need to unload and load the vehicle. The host is very friendly and helpfull and for our first night in Winhoek, it was a perfect retreat. There was quiet cold this night, but there is chimney with provided wood bricks to warm up the room.

The pool was a much needed bonus in the Windhoek heat. The aircon in the bedrooms was a plus and also the full package DSTV. The garden setting was beautiful and tranquil. The braai facilities was on par and lots of dry braai wood. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and we got to meet Bobby.

One suggestion for improvement: consider installing motion-sensor lights outside so they only turn on when someone is nearby. The main bedroom remains very bright throughout the night, which makes it hard to sleep. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! It’s also conveniently close to a great supermarket.
