We hiked the Peaks of the Balkans trail and booked this house in Plav to relax a bit halfway our trip. The house is absolutely wonderful, beautifully decorated and super cozy. There’s a nice terrace, a washing machine and a kitchen with all you need to do some cooking. The house is situated perfectly for those hiking the Peaks of the Balkans, the route leaving Plav towards Vusanje is just a few minutes walking away.

We got a fishing line to use the whole weekend! So extremely kind. My kids made memories for life (even without catching any fish haha) The house is located at a few 100m from the lake. It has an amazing view!! The house is very big and is super clean. This really is the best place to stay if you want to visit Lake Plav. Walking distance for a little plunge in the lake. The cabin is spotlessly clean, cozy, and modern, yet warm and in harmony with the surroundings. Surrounded by a forest of fir, pine, and spruce, it truly felt like a fairytale. And the hosts? Incredible! So kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave us great hiking tips and shared interesting stories about the local area. We felt completely at home. If I wanted to hang out in a pastoral setting, by myself, with a book for several days, I would definitely stay here. The food was out of this world. We LOVED the homemade food. I am so sad they don't sell their honey. Everything was scrumptious. The location is hard to find, and Google Maps is flat out wrong. The owner met us in Plav, and escorted us to the property. We definitely appreciated the assist.
