The traditional restaurant at the villa serves Japanese cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. Absolutely everything. This was the most st wonderful place; quite magical. The gardens have beautiful trees to keep you shaded if you’re on a lounger and the veranda is all a pretty special place to eat the best breakfast in the whole of Sri Lanka or just chill on a planter seat. The rooms are spacious and cool and the bed fit for a princess (or prince). I could go on and on but most importantly, the staff; they are the friendliest people you’ll meet and super efficient. The very best.

The property has an excellent bathroom, lovely bed, laundry facilities, kitchen, fridge and freezer, good WiFi, powerful fans. 100% happy ! The hostess was charming, and her local knowledge very helpful. We had THE BEST time here.

A few steps from Dickwella Beach, Kaas Villas is a recently renovated property situated in Dickwella and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa provides parking on-site, an outdoor swimming pool and a 24-hour front desk. The villa has 3 floors, one with a livingroom, kitchen, toilet and entry. The private garden has a pool which was really nice! We think it was much nicer than the pictures show. Comfortable bed in a room on the 2nd floor with excellent AC. It even has a large roof top area. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They served great breakfast every morning inside the villa that was enjoyed in privacy. The villa is just acoss the small road from the beach, really close. There are no other places that we are aware of with closer proximity to the beach. There are quite a lot of small beach bars at this side of the beach which provide nice sun beds with or without coverage from the sun. Just a 5 min walk from Kaas is the main street with food stores. Hiriketiya beach is a 15 min walk over a hill. You can fint good surfing here. Bars and restaurant mainly close at midnight. Not a lot that is happening after this hour.

The owners are always happy to help and the unit was clean and cozy. There is a very good AC which is important in Sry Lanka and there is a small grocery store right across the street so you can get water and basic foods without carrying it. Overall it was great value for money and we highly recommend it!!

Located within 700 metres of Weligambay Beach and 34 km of Galle International Cricket Stadium in Mirissa, Family Villa Mirissa provides accommodation with seating area. The air-conditioned accommodation is 500 metres from Mirissa Beach, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The villa features family rooms. We spent a few days with family and it was really great. Clean room, nice yard and kitchen where you can prepare food. The breakfast was delicious, we recommend this place and these people. In the future we are back :)
