The house offered a stunning view of the sea and was both aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Japanese style and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding promptly when we needed assistance-whether it was booking a taxi or helping with the bicycles. Their attentiveness added to the overall comfort of our stay. This was a perfect getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience traditional Japanese hospitality in a beautiful setting.

It's self catering accommodation and we hadn't made any reservations at the small number of local restaurants. However, we found a lovely place right across the road from our house. Our room overlooked the water and despite the wet weather the views were amazing. Our host also arranged a private boat tour of the bay for us, which picked us up from our own jetty! A magical stay. Highly recommend.
