Receptionist staff was great, letting us checked-in well in advance and called us immediately after booking was made. Amenities, cleanliness and breakfast were top quality with a very good price in this cottage in a remote area of Ruscany surrounding by olive trees and roosters ... we loved every bit of our stay and will come again soon
