This guest house is located at a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings. Tangmarg market and main road were nearby. Drung Waterfall was just nearby. Since we visited during extreme cold, they provided us with every necessary for survival. Heater, blower, gas operated heater, geyser, inverter facility, extra blanket, hot bag, bonfire and even kangdi. Home-made food , hot coffee and warm drinking water made our stay even more comfortable. The owner took us for village tour and to the Drung waterfall on his own vehicle. And the added advantage is it was all in our budget. We really loved staying at Pine Guest House. Must take the village tour with the owner. We were overwhelmed by their service. We highly recommend to stay at this property at least for a day when visiting Gulmarg. It’s a 10/10 from us.

Chef manzoor also serve good food with an affordable price. Their home grown apples are delicious and the kashmiri tea is exceptional. We wish to stretch our stay there but because of our busy schedule we are not able to. We hope that we come back there as a family.

It was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, making it perfect for our group, including elder parents. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and the caretaker was very helpful with transport arrangements and ensuring cleanliness throughout. Also the owner has been courteous to arrange for morning breakfast as we had early morning train back.

It’s the best homestay if you are looking to unwind and disconnect. The staff is amazing, the views are absolutely breathtaking, especially the changing climate in Monsoon. Must thank Rakesh & Kaushalya for being so helpful, kind, and treating us more like family than guests. They even packed us breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning, without having to even ask. Such hospitality is truly rare.
