Ailwee Cave, also featuring an underground river and a waterfall, is only 3km from the property. We had a great time in this place. It's quirky with character and we only stayed one night but you could definitely stay locked down here- wine and lots of nooks everywhere in the bar area where you can hang out at night. We spent two nights here and it was like having a home away from home. The kitchen was great, the living room large and comfortable, the bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. It's only a couple minutes walk to the grocery store, or there is a Centra (for drinks, etc) just a couple of doors down. We loved everything about this place and would totally stay here again.

There is free Wi-Fi and free parking on site, and mature gardens with picnic tables so you can sit outside in warmer weather. Location excellent. Breakfast perfect. Loved the bathroom. Carol was really helpful. No hesitation in going back. And would recommend it.

We loved everything about this house. It was spotless, had everything we needed, use of washing machine and dryer. It has the most amazing power shower that you just want to stay under. Bed very comfortable, plenty of towels so you don't need to bring any with you. The house is situated near the town, the Burren, Cliffs of Mother, Bunratty, etc. I very much recommend this house for your stay.
