Just a short drive away are some of the island’s best restaurants and beaches, making it the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The hosts were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always available, yet respectfully discreet. It’s not cheap, but that’s the price of exclusivity. A rare gem. Worth every penny for what truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating and a private bathroom. it is the perfect vacation house. It is a rare gem Right in front of the beach. House stands alone in a big empty land around it, You can enjoy the bay view and the port. In short distance walk coffee bars and places to eat. It is just magic. I wish we could stay few weeks there (or ideally a whole summer). House has everything someone needs to make the stay perfect. The biggest reward though for choosing this house are the hosts , Yiannis and Dina, along with Maggi and Danai, they are so wonderful and unique quality people , that truly make your stay an outstanding experience. Top quality furniture, towels, showers, pool, bath, kitchen, lounge, all within an awesome view! Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.

If I could give Villa Giulia more than 5 stars, I would. Not only is her villa a serene slice of paradise, it’s an excellent location and the island itself is breathtaking. We could not be more happy with the amenities the villa had to offer and how helpful Giulia was- both are an absolute treasure to Ios. She is kind and considerate in her interactions with guests and clearly cares about her property- ensuring guests enjoy the villa to its fullest.

From the finishing of the house to the quality of the products offered - a true 5 star experience. The personal touches were everywhere, an exemplary way to host - a real gem. Incredible location and fantastic hosts that were always very attentive and caring. This really made the difference to our stay with a 1 year old baby. Would highly recommend, and we will be going back again.
