Honestly, staying here made our trip. I was taking my kids to the Harry Potter studio tour for their first time and stayed here as a surprise the night before. They were delighted and loved running around finding all the little features, there was such attention to detail in the theme.. even the ceilings! They've talked about where we stayed as much as the studio itself!

Between Hitchin and Stevenage, The Farmhouse at Redcoats offers home-cooked food and cosy bedrooms. The entire experience was absolutely exceptional. The staff can’t help you enough, the food is honestly out of this world. Superb! Rooms super comfortable, the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. There really was nothing not to like, what an amazing find and I will 100% be back! Thank you so much!

Lots of nice touches like nespresso machines, aesop toiletries, scent filled pillow bags, bottle of wine in the bath - high end luxuries you might expect from a 5 star hotel. Stunning - the finish is spot on and there is a driveway with space for 2 vehicles.
