This property is a nice little place in the city centre of Trat province. It’s very well equipped with all you need. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. I love the fact that it has a dining area so that we can hang out before we actually go into the bedroom. It’s spacious and comfortable for us three. The location is also very good. Trat is such a small city so you can get around places quite easily from this property.

The owner Phot is very accommodating & organised transfers from the airport & also to the ferry at a very reasonable cost. It took the hassle out of our first day & night's travel. The aircon works really well & the area surrounds are very quiet. There are local restaurants close by & a small supermarket close to the entrance to the accommodation. An excellent place to stay close to the ferry to Koh Mak & Koh Kood

Villa is exceptional. Three buildings where can be accommodated several families/couples/friends. The owner is really good man who respects your privacy. Staff is excellent they clean the territory every morning, but not disburb you we were 12 people there and all.of us recommend you this villa.

Wondering how nice could be private villa on Ko Chang. Nice equipment, great beds, sofas, swimming pool and everything. Perfect wit combination of car or mororbikes. You have all Island keeping in touch and really nice privacy. Really recommend. As a bonus, the owner is kindly a really helpful.

The villa was very clean and spacious, with lovely sea views from the terrace. It was next to the community pool which was very convenient. Most of the time we were the only people using it so it felt like a private pool. The villa was on a complex of about 25 villas but we didn't have any problems with noisy neighbours. There was a strict 'no noise' rule from 10:00pm until 06:00am which we thought was good. The grounds of the development were really well kept and the staff were very efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa if you are looking for quality accommodation on a really well managed site.

The whole environment. Full of wildlife with seabirds hunting, feeding young and teaching young to hunt from the sea. The closeness to the sea, kayaking and BBQ in the manicured gardens. The host, Khun Jum is absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. Can call her for anything.

Everything was amazing. This house is made for people with bike/car & people that want to have nice, private stay away from city & people. We spent 12 days in Kai Bae & then came to this side of the island- and I would do exactly the same next time. Kai Bae, White Sand are parts to stay in if you want to have good time (bars, restaurants, nice beaches - everything is there). If you want to have more local, private vibe - this house is the choice for you. Manager is perfect, she helped us in everything. We had some electricity problem but she solved that right away! We ask for anything, there is guy that is coming and helping us.

I would like to recommend this amazing villa. We were absolutely happy to stay in such a beautiful place. I would like to thank Jum - Administrator for her hospitality and provide all the staff we needed. Electricity and cleaning were included in the price. Have parking. Have everything in the kitchen - kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, steamer, blender. Have even bbq zone. Big pool. Laundress zone in the garage. It was the best vacation ever.
