Aircon very cold, very new, 3 minutes drive from lee garden, nearby HatYai Police station, 7-11 convenient store can reach by walking distance (7minutes) but you can just drive, 3minutes only. Can park 1 car in house, and another 1 car just in front the gate. There are 3 rooms, with 1 room indoor window, main room come with one large double bed, and one single bed, second room(indoor window, small room), come with one large double bed, last room come with one large double bed. Living room come with Aircon, all rooms come with big smart TV including living room, except the second bedroom. Smart TV come with Netflix, YouTube. One shared toilet on second floor and another toilet in first floor. Toilet provided shampoos and tissue paper. Water heater available for both toilets. House come with fridge, washing machine and microwave, I used only the fridge, in good condition. Big house good for big group, large outdoor area. We stay for one night, 4 adults 2 children. Surrounding very quiet. Owner very friendly and able to communicate in English.

I was contacted by the staff Sis Fareeda way before I checked in the property. She ensured that the rooms were cold and ready by the time we arrived at night. Sis Fareeda was the most amicable of host. She sat down, chatted with us while my card was constantly being declined. Out of good faith, Sis Fareeda told us to rest for the night first and we can try to make the payment again the next day. She knew we were 2 tired travellers and offered us a balm to try to ease our aching body and runny noses. That balm really worked, so we ended up getting a few. Unfortunately, we only had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights as the property was fully booked. Things started getting better when Sis Fareeda contacted us again immediately when one of the guests cancelled the booking. Soooooo. We ended up staying there for the 3rd night. This place is really just too good. To anyone travelling there, the villa has a private pool,2 hugeass queen beds, clean smelling (little like sweet fruity perfume smell), hospitable host, and a balcony for you to enjoy the morning sun or just chilling out there at night. It is close to Central HatYai also, a laundry service and a 24hr halal food stall (a short drive). To make things even better, a guard petrols te area at night to make sure your vehicle is safe. There is also a industrial workshop infront of the villa so the place doesn’t feel too creepy at night while you are hanging out in the balcony. Don’t worry, there is barely any noise coming from the workshop. Just the occasional soft alarms that makes you feel like you are not alone. Kinda like white noise if I may say.

The pool is big, and depth enough for adults. The house is very clean and spacious. 1 big spacious room accomodates 6 adults, and 1 room accomodate 2 adults. There is a living and dining room combine together where it can accommodate 3 adults using sofabed. Overall it was unforgettable moments. We booked for 2 families for 3 nights and 4 days.

The home is very clean and comfy, walking distance to 7 eleven, greenway and ASEAN night market 😊 Host was very welcoming and gave instructions very clearly. Good idea to stay here if you come in a bigger group 👍
