Fantastic stay at Roca Sundy. We had a room in the new wing and it was great. Highlights are the tours (especially with the boat) and the delicious food which was amazing and even better than what we would have expected. The music on some evenings made dinner even more special.

Casa Mãe is a well-renovated house with two rooms, one living room, one bathroom, and two balconies with amazing views. From the front balcony every morning we could see thousands of beautiful butterflies and colorful birds and from the back balcony, the view is unique to the garden, fruit trees, and plants like vanilla or black pepper. We also can see the sea and the national park. The staff is very kind and the property is always very clean. Near is the Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha which belongs to the same owner where we can spend time reading or watching more than 100 TV channels from all over the world. The local meals were also fantastic, especially the fresh fish and the octopus. I truly recommend Casa Mãe to other guests who want to have a peaceful time. Grade 10.

The house is very nice, the host is very kind. We asked for dinner, it was very good. The house is not in the downtown, the environment is quiet. It has air conditioning, which comes very handy. The access road is a dirt-road, in a usual surrounding as any small place in SaoTome, but the garden around the house is nice. It is a good price/value ratio, any time again. The north beaches are easily acessible from here. We could park in the garden, and they also offer car rental, which is a very good idea, we unfortunately rented from another company, and we did have issues with fuel. Had we rented from here, all the hassle would have gone. So rent their car if you book with them!

best location with beautiful view.. calm and close to nature yet not far from the city life! very clean room, clean bathroom with all the utilities and good assorted kitchen with big fridge (perfect to fit all the goodies owners treat you with such as fresh papaya and bananas) ! last but not least - the best thing is you are taken care of at the highest level possible with all your questions and problems being solved in second with the smile :) it was a PLEASURE..

Everything, the place and the hostess was amazing, always available, gave us a lot of tips to go in príncipe and was very helpful with everything that we needed. Her staff also amazing with the help, they were always ready to help and very sweet. The house was very clean, had everything such as towels, soaps, coffee, tea, everything was very completed and fresh. I totally recommend

Our stay is Roça Lucindo was spectacular. We really enjoyed the privilege of being in the middle of a tropical forest surrounded by nature, birds and butterflies. We were even able to spot monkeys that were having their dinner at the nearby trees! The house is well equipped and despite some electricity cuts we always had hot water. The road to the house is a little tricky- remember you are in the middle of a jungle. You need 4x4 car. Lucindo and his wife Marie are extremely welcoming and always available for questions or requests. Marie is also an excellent cook! She was preparing very tasty local dishes for us. We would definitely come back!

Very well thought out wooden cabin just out of the main road in Príncipe. Decoration and attention to detail. The place is equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Really enjoyed the stay!
