We visited Madeira in October and came across Quinta Marefe and we are so glad we did. Starting from the really warm and nice welcome by the hosts we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable! Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen. From the perfect coffee machine to the heated pool you will feel luxurious (but still very cozy!! and at home) here. Being able to enjoy a warm swim (all around the clock!) while taking in the stunning surroundings made our stay truly unforgettable. The location was also perfect for exploring the island. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. We accidentally left our AirPods behind, and they were so kind and attentive, they immediately contacted us and even sent them back to us at their own expense. We were honestly touched by their generosity and hospitality.

Amazing location with a sunset view on the first line to the ocean. The public beach (pier) is just 200m away. Inside, the apartment was clean and the host was extremely friendly: provided us with some welcome gifts. There are 3 separate rooms , all with private bathrooms, and big common area + terrace. The village is very quite.

Great place, away from larger towns, Tranquil property, with magical waves noise, excellent place to stay for vacation. Extremelly clean, great and very helpful owner. Town is in great part of the island, with many levadas and great places to visit by car nearby. Excellent restaurants walking distance, quiet port and stone beach for short walks. We visited Madeira in October and came across Quinta Marefe and we are so glad we did. Starting from the really warm and nice welcome by the hosts we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable! Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen. From the perfect coffee machine to the heated pool you will feel luxurious (but still very cozy!! and at home) here. Being able to enjoy a warm swim (all around the clock!) while taking in the stunning surroundings made our stay truly unforgettable. The location was also perfect for exploring the island. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. We accidentally left our AirPods behind, and they were so kind and attentive, they immediately contacted us and even sent them back to us at their own expense. We were honestly touched by their generosity and hospitality.

Beautifully furnished and cosy apartment with well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom right next to the beach. Pedro was very helpful with solving the unexpected situation we were facing. Paúl do Mar is a good starting point for planning trips around Madeira.

The location was idyllic..right on the Harbour. The decor was well above average, exceptional in fact. The art work was great... The kitchen facilties were perfect.. I cooked substantial meals in the kitchen. You are just yards from the swimming beach. We will definitely rebook for next year. We had an issue with the hot water and Pedro was there in no time at all with a plumber and all was working in no time... Great customer care 👍
