It was super nice and cozy. The accomodation was clean and the hosts were very kind. We even got a bottle of wine and water as a present. It is located near to the sandy and beautiful Alqueiva lake. The rooms are large enough and comfortable.

Everything was amazing. We were 6 people and 2 dogs. > So much space inside the house, but specially, outside! Gorgeous property in a friendly little town, within easy reach of some lovely river beaches. Watching the sun set from the roof terrace was a highlight. Lots of room for family and friends to get together, without being on top of each other. The games room was great.

Even though the house is located in a small village, there are lots of interesting places to visit nearby that we can easily reach by car. The pool was a bonus, as it's so refreshing to have a nice swim at the end of the day! We loved our stay there!

This was a lovely historic property with an excellent walk in shower comfy bed and lovely outdoor area. The layout was a bit quirky and we had to turn the sofa through 90 degrees in order to watch the tv. Very easy to park for free nearby and it was a quiet safe area ideal as a touring base
