New villa in a nice garden like oasis. Well equipped and clean . The access road needs some improvement. But overall I strongly suggest this villa . Very easy and direct contact with the friendly staff.

This place was perfect after a week's road tripping around Oman. I had the place to myself. Huge room and king sized bed, spacious wet room bathroom and best of all, a lovely pool, complete with mood lighting. The staff were all very welcoming and I felt at home. The location on a farm on the edge of Old Hamra was perfect for peace and quiet. Don't be put off by there being no food options. This means no dreaded queues at the breakfast buffet and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby for meals throughout the day. Horse riding through the date plantation in the centre of the old town was great, and only 10 OMR. Communication through booking.com worked very well Great location as a base for exploring Misfah Al Abriyyin, Jebel Shams, Jebel Akhdar, Bahla Fort, Jabreen Castle, Nizwa fort and souk, all within about an hours drive or less. Old Al Hamra is worth a look too.

- charming garden for relaxation with many seating options - clean rooms with comfortable beds - enough hot water with good strong flow - no light smog, no wifi We enjoyed simple but very comfortable and functional accommodation. We were enchanted by the beautiful garden around the house, where we relaxed in our free time. The adults enjoyed the peace and energy of the place, the children the swings, the hammock and the visit of the cat lady. I can imagine to spend here more than two days!

Despite our late arrival at midnight, he was quick to respond to our messages and calls, ensuring we had no trouble finding our way. What truly stood out was his dedication—he personally came to the hotel to hand over the keys, making us feel welcomed and at ease right from the start. The property itself had excellent amenities, with the swimming pool being a highlight of our stay.
